History: Mermaids or similar creatures appear in the legends of numerous cultures, and their exact origin is unclear. Modern depictions in the West often equate them with the Sirens of Greek Mythology, who would lure sailors to the depths with their irresistible songs. Difficult as it may be to believe, early mermaid "sightings" may have actually been manatees that sailors mistook for the half-fish, half-woman mythical creatures.
Characteristics: This Mermaid TOOB toy set includes 6 mermaid toy figurines in a wide range of poses and colors, each expertly sculpted and painted to pack lots of awesome detail in a compact size. Our Designer TOOBS feature a portable, re-usable tube package with a rope carry handle, so you can take these Mermaids with you on your next trip to the pool or the beach!
Size: 1.75 inches long, 1.75 inches wide, and 10.5 inches tall, this Designer Toob is a bit smaller than the size of a standard American ruler and contains 6 different figurines that range from 2 to 3 inches tall.

Change of Mind Returns: We may provide you with a product exchange or refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order.
Normal Australian Consumer Law protections apply.
Customer should cover the return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed in original packaging a full refund will be processed once item is returned. ( Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order)
Address Changes: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping address details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee. You will also be responsible for reshipping charge
Return process: If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order. We will investigate your issues and advise whether your product may be returned and how to return your goods.
Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair.
If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Any refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order.
