Compatibility Note:
In iRobot's Roomba i and j Series, the "+" designation indicates that the model comes with the Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal system, which allows the Roomba to automatically empty its dustbin into a disposable dust bag at the Clean Base station.
If you have a compatible Roomba model without the "+" designation but have separately purchased a Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal system, these dust bags will be suitable. For example, a Roomba i3 used with a compatible Clean Base system is functionally equivalent to a Roomba i3+ for dust bag compatibility.

Sometimes delays can happen that are out of our control, such as delays by the couriers, lost packages, closures of postal services, and so on.
WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.
It is important to note that if a product fails to meet your expectations, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person. You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.
You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.
Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.
In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
