VIC: 2-4 business days

NSW, SA & TAS: 3-5 business days

QLD & WA: 4-7 business days

NT and remote areas: more than 5 business days

We make returns easy!

Returning is simple. If you’ve received the incorrect item, if the item is Dead On Arrival or if the item is faulty (subject to our warranty agreement ), then simply contact us and let us know what the product is and your reasons for returning. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST.

We’ll issue you with a prepaid Australia Post label to make your life easier.

In sending returns:

Please also include: 

• your order number

• your full name

• brief explanation detailing your reason for return

A few other things to keep in mind:

All change of mind returns are subject to a 10%– 20% restocking and handling fee, depending on the condition of the product when it arrives.

Please be aware that we cannot ship a new item or issue a refund until we have received the returned item at our warehouse.

ENGLAON is unable to provide loan equipment while TVs are being repaired.

How to return your product to ENGLAON:

All TVs will need to be suitably packaged for transit prior to return to prevent any damage, especially to the screen. We hope you understand that we can’t cover the cost of the packaging you’ll need, nor will we be able to send packaging to you. We strongly recommend that you keep your original packaging to assist in this returns process.
