Returns Policy
We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before being sent back.
Please note the following:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, unless the product description states a different return period (for example, our 100-night mattress trial).
For change of mind returns:
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancelling an order in transit will be treated as a change of mind return.

Warranty Policy
