Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream is a hydrating cream cleanser that gently cleanses, purifies and soothes skin feeling weakened by the drying effects of acne treatments. Effaclar H Iso-Biome face cleanser is suitable for use by those with sensitive, oily, and acne-prone skin.
The gentle soothing cleansing cream helps maintain the physiological pH of the skin and is easy to rinse off. Formulated with Niacinamide to visibly reduce redness.

DIRECTIONS
1. Lather with water in the palm of the hand. 2. Apply and spread over face with fingertips, starting between the eyebrows, up to the hair base, and spreading the cream from the middle of the forehead out towards the temples. Repeat gently 3 times. 3. Using the palms of the hands - flat against the skin - smooth the face starting from the chin, up to the nose. Then dab outwards the sides before going back down to the chin. Repeat gently 3 times. 4. Rinse with water and gently pat dry with a towel.

External use. Avoid eye. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediate and thoroughly with water. Non-comedogenic. Tested under dermatological control in combination with drying treatments.

Please order by the 15th of Dec. for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.. Our warehouse is closed on 25th, 26th & 1st. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed during this period.
Refund Policy
All return claims must be lodged within 14 days of the order being received.
In the event of a return by you, we will exchange or refund. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to Healthyworld and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery fees.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Healthyworld Online Pty Ltd
Accepting change of mind returns
We allow a customer to return goods for change of mind where the goods are:
Returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;
As new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
In a resalable condition;
Not damaged in any way.
The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.
We do not issue refunds for fragrances that may smell different to something previously purchased or worn.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
