If you have encountered a problem, please send the following items to us:
- A description of the problem you’re having. We recommend attaching photos or sample pages. All genuine item(s) must have supporting photos or sample pages.
- A printer report or photo showing the remaining life or percentage of the item.
- Your printer model number.
- Your invoice number.
Our support team will help you diagnose the issue. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, then we’re happy to arrange a refund or replacement. You will be provided instructions on how to return the faulty item back to us.

The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.
Goods must not be refilled or tampered with in any way.
Goods must still be over 35% full.
Goods must not be expired.
Genuine goods will be returned to the manufacturer for verification. A refund or replacement will be offered once we have received confirmation from the manufacturer that the item is faulty.
Any shipping fee already paid to Cartridge Planet is non-refundable.
