High Density Pre-Filters
Pre-filters prevent the larger airborne particles like hair, dust and heavy contaminates from ever reaching the main filters.
This increases the efficiency and life of the other filters and internal components and ensures that the air filtration system
is in optimal condition.
HEPA H13 Filters
These are the highest standard in filtration systems, HEPA filters (high efficiency particulate air) are proven to remove over 99.97% of particles larger than 0.003 microns. The HEPA13 rated filter is widely considered to be the optimum standard in quality air purifiers. HEPA filters are highly effective at removing the majority of finer particles commonly found in air at home and workplace environments.
Active Carbon Catalyst Filters
Carbon filters are some of the most effective odour filtration devices on the market. Carbon reacts with oxygen in the air, causing a reaction that changes the chemical makeup of the carbon by stretching out the molecules. This change increases the absorbency of the filter. The oxygenated carbon filter is a foolproof way to trap odours and gaseous pollutants, allowing odour-free air to pass through to the next layers of filters in the air purification process.
Ultra-Fine Glass Fibre Final filter
Super Ultra fine filter capable of removing bacteria, viruses, influenza and SARS. This final stage filter is rated at PM2.5 removing micro-organisms as small as 0.003pm. Mainly used in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and electronics industries requiring ultra-high cleanliness. Low resistance design with 99.99% filtration efficiency.
Negative Ioniser Generator
Negative irons are found in the most peaceful energising settings, such as near waterfalls, the ocean and in forests. This air purifier feature helps to recreate that fresh outdoors feeling by charging the air with negative ions and creating a safer healthier quality of air we breathe. This function is one of the most advanced and effective features of our air purification system releasing millions of negative ions that work to clean the air by attaching to the positive charged particles and weighing them down, until they drop out of the air purifying the air to provide a healthier environment.
Ultraviolet (UV) Germicidal Radiation
UVGR is used to sterilise the air that passes the UV lamp light breaking down any organic particles or organisms (dead or alive). This is a very effective system to prevent the transmission of viruses and other biohazardous cultures. The unique design and placement of the UV lamp means the filter is able to absorb the airborne contaminates more efficiently and effectively for a safe and healthy environment
CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate)
CADR indicates the volume of filtered air an air filtration system delivers. The higher the CADR number, the faster and more frequently the air is processed and cleaned. All advanair filter systems are tested and conform to the HEPA air filter standard.
We ship across Australia and use a centralised delivery broker that identifies the best courier service option for your delivery. All deliveries have tracking information provided to view the status of your delivery. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Delivery of Large, Bulky and Palletised Items
PLEASE NOTE: Some items cannot be lifted by hand. If the item is heavier than 30kg it will be shipped on a skid and a forklift will be required to unload at the destination. These items are often difficult to deliver to residential addresses and collection from your nearest Depot, Drop Off Point, Supplied Business Address or Farm, can be made.
If customers don't have the means to unload, Please contact us to arrange the best option for you.
We are unable to delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide a residential or business address at checkout). We strongly advise all customers that they provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours.
All courier companies will attempt delivery of your goods once. If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left. A re-delivery will incur extra charges. All second deliveries need to be directly organised with the courier company and paid for before the goods are delivered.
WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products used for private household use and a 3-month warranty for commercial use from the date of purchase. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and period.
Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
Warranty is considered void if there is mishandling product during transportation after pickup or truck delivery to the buyer's premises.
Warranty Process:
You must produce the original invoice or other proof of purchase document disclosing the purchase date.
All costs of return postage, transport and freight, travelling expenses, hiring tools, labors in fitting parts are paid by the customers.
Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories )such as hoses, clutches, spray guns, brass head pumps, blades, tines, etc.) are not covered by our standard warranty once used. If you have an issue with parts or consumable components please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Faulty Product
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a faulty product. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replace. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned at buyer's cost in new condition (not being used) and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from our customer service.
Customer Service
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via phone or your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. If you do without instructions, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
When a return is authorized, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, or replacement items at our discretion.
Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
