Care and Cleaning Instructions:

• Remove the plug from the socket and make sure to let it cool down before cleaning the appliance
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids
• Clean inside of funnel filter, the top and bottom tank, the disc with a soft brush in hot water.
• Wipe outside with soft, moist cloth, never use metel polish
• Dishwasher is forbidden
• Regularly check the tube and the disc to control they are not blocked, if necessary clean the disc with a pin
• The appliance has to be descaled regularly, to have a better coffee taste as possible and to extend the life of the coffee maker.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
