This product is new and unused. The original packaging may have been opened during handling. The product itself remains in new condition and fully functional, and includes all essential accessories required for normal use. Uniden EVOC2 Is the only handset built to work directly with the VOCPhone cloud phone system simply plug and play. USB WiFi, Bluetooth, Gigabit, EHS Headset Support, HD Audio, PoE, On Screen Lables, 3 Way Calling

Small items can be delivered to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Change of Mind Returns:
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. Please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval.
Please Note:
- All unwanted items must be unopened, undamaged and in saleable condition with no writing, labels or sticky tape on package boxes otherwise the request may be rejected
- Postage is paid by the customer
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
