Simply notify us  and we will organise a courier to pickup the item/s from your location. Please note that item/s must be unused and in its original condition and packaging to receive a refund less freight charges (dispatch and return freight) in accordance with our refund policy and there is restocking fee of 15%. Item is considered used once assembled. There are items not covered by this policy and will be noted in the description page of the products.

- Orders for commercial or non-domestic use

- For hygienic reasons, mattresses, bedding, quilt, blankets and pillows are non-returnable, items damaged on arrival will be compensated accordingly or replaced with a new unit
