Usage Notice:
- For the best usage of the item, please do follow up tips as below:
- 1. Before application of both Metal Disc as well as Phone Holder, please DEEP CLEAN the surface -back of the phone or car dashboard or somewhere you would like to put the phone holder with. Please DO NOT mount the holder onto the uneven surface or steep position.
- 2. For the long-term sustainable usage purpose, while you apply the magnetic phone holder to the car dash
- or apply the metal disc to the back of your phone, please leave it for a couple of hours ,required at least 12Hrs, might require longer according to different dashboard,BEFORE you hang on the phone to enhance the stickiness. Please make sure the sticker will be fully attached onto the surface, and also your dashboard is adapted with sticker usage.
- 3. The phone holder does have the limitation. Please kindly check with us if your device is too big / heave ,especially Plus add, Max, Note, Pad, Tablet or equivalent version, before placing the order.
- 4. The metal disc for sale is for the replacement purposes if you have got multiple devices. The metal disc might NOT be compatible with other phone holders. We strongly recommend to purchase the metal disc along with our phone holders together.

Our products come with a 12 month warranty.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a change of mind return.
All return items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and in original packaging.
Please note that returns due to change of mind will incur a return label fee(varies depending on customer's address) and a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if your purchase included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount
Any return items that have not been approved will not be accepted

If the product you receive has arrived damaged, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of oliandola.
If you notice any damage to your goods upon receipt, please notify the couriers and contact us ASAP with relevant images and evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, and failure to install or use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
Please note returned products that are non-defective, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
