Motta Europa Stainless Steel Milk Jug 750ml

These Italian made, heavy mirror polished milk jugs are widely heralded as "the" milk jug. 

Manufactured by Motta for over 40 years, no detail has been overlooked.  

• Made from heavyweight 18/10 stainless steel - absorbs and distributes the heat from the foamed milk.  This allows the barista that extra time to develop the microfoam to a perfect consistency while creating latte art with milk that stays warm
• The design of the jug itself is well thought out : the wide bell at the bottom to enable proper circulation and a quintessential spout for latte art
• All Motta Europa Jugs have a batch number laser-etched on them and come with a 5 year warranty
• Although the jugs are dishwasher safe, we recommend that they NOT be cleaned with any abrasive solutions, cloths or brushes - handwashing is best

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
