CARE GUIDE
Wash the set in a machine or by hand with a mild detergent and air dry on low heat. Close the zippers of the pillowcases and duvet cover while washing. Do not bleach and iron at low temperatures

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
All products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
Fees may apply
You may return the unwanted product (Product for Refund) for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refund and exchanges for unwanted product are not available.
Defective Item
If the product is Defective (not artificially damaged) when you receive it, you can return to us and get a full refund or replacement. we are responsible for all shipping fees.

If the product is artificially damaged, refund is not available.
