Returns / Change of Mind Policy:

Where a problem with a product is not evaluated as a major fault, Hello Kitchen can offer repair or replacement for the item if it becomes defective within the warranty period.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day of receipt of the item. Return only be accepted for unused and in the original package and in the same condition as when the customer received them to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and a refund can be issued after inspecting the returned item.
Excluded items: Infrared Saunas and Toilet Bidets are not accepted for change of mind return.
Warranty Policy:

If an electrical failure occurs in a product covered by the warranty, we will arrange for an authorized maintenance person to repair the product at our sole discretion; otherwise, if the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product or related parts with the same or equivalent product or part.

It has failed due to excessive usage beyond what is considered to be reasonable.
