Care instructions:
- to prevent discolouration, pitting and corrosion caused by sustained exposure to some foods and by minerals in water, wash cutlery promptly after use and do not leave to soak for long periods
- wash in hot, soapy water then rinse and dry with a soft cloth
- never use abrasive scourers
- if using a dishwasher, it is recommended that you use a liquid dishwashing detergent and follow the dishwasher manufacturer's instructions
- remove from the dishwasher as soon as the washing cycle has finished
- dry thoroughly before storing
- do not mix silver, aluminium and stainless steel items in the dishwasher
- never use silver cleaner on stainless steel
- a mild all-purpose stainless steel cleaner, alcohol, salad oil or white vinegar can be used to remove stains, discolourations or watermarks

RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
