Items are sent through Australia Post parcel post (with tracking) or letter post (no tracking), depending on the size of the item. 

Postage times for standard shipping within Australia to most areas is 2-3 business days however, delivery can take up to 6 business days across all service platforms.

Change of mind returns conditions;

• Return within 30 days of purchase

• Proof of purchase provided

• The item is within original packaging, and in re-sellable condition

Please Note: Change of mind returns are not available for calendars. 

If an item is damaged or faulty, and this damage is not caused by misuse or neglect, under The Australian Consumer Law, returns will be issued.
