Care instructions:

• to prevent discolouration, pitting and corrosion caused by sustained exposure to some foods and by minerals in water, wash cutlery promptly after use and do not leave to soak for long periods
• wash in hot, soapy water then rinse and dry with a soft cloth
• never use abrasive scourers
• if using a dishwasher, it is recommended that you use a liquid dishwashing detergent and follow the dishwasher manufacturer's instructions
• remove from the dishwasher as soon as the washing cycle has finished
• dry thoroughly before storing
• do not mix silver, aluminium and stainless steel items in the dishwasher
• never use silver cleaner on stainless steel
• a mild all-purpose stainless steel cleaner, alcohol, salad oil or white vinegar can be used to remove stains, discolourations or watermarks

Warranty Policy

Our goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Under the ACL, your rights commence from the date you purchase the Product and continue for a ‘reasonable period’ from that date. What is a ‘reasonable period’ will depend upon all the relevant circumstances including the price of the product, the uses to which it has been put and the nature of the Product.
