We deliver by Australia Post or our Courier service, depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Delivery time is generally 3-7 business days and may take 2-3 extra days for rural areas. Damaged/Faulty on arrival
Once you receive the damaged or faulty item, please take a photo or video and send it to us as soon as possible. After we check the photo or video, if the product is faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, replacement or full refund.
