ACA WELS Black Square 8" Rain Shower Head Set Gooseneck Sliding Shower Rail Wall Arm With Mixer Taps
This product includes a 2-in 1 overhead rain shower and hand shower and a shower mixer tap. The shower head is made of stainless steel and the water hose of stainless steel, and finished with a matt black surface. It is 200mm*200mm*2mm in size. The water inlet is G 1/2' and the water outlet is made of soft TPR material for easy cleaning and natural water shower. It is also durable and advanced rust proofing. Certified under Australian Standard and Watermark & WELS approved with a 3 star 8.0L/Min rating. The mixer tap has a smooth single lever handle action and features a drip free ceramic disc cartridge for long lasting operation.
During the festival, the store will operate normally and the goods can be delivered normally (please note that the logistics time may be slow during the festival, which is a normal phenomenon, thank you).
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
We can also provide tax invoice，if you need it.
We ship across Australia including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast.
This item comes with a warranty for cartridge and a free replacement warranty on the installation parts (such as cartridges screws nuts etc). The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.
To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
Contact Us with your order number, provide photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If there is a problem with the item, Please contact us of receiving the goods. If you do not contact us in time, you will bear the consequences of damage to the goods.
If the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer, customer may choose refund or a replacement.
If there is no problem with the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), the customer needs to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
Change of mind return is acceptable within 30 days upon delivery receipt.
Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electrician) will not be warranted.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed.
