RAM-D-2461U :: RAM 75x75mm VESA Plate with Ball
This is a 3.625" (9.21cm) square plate with a 2.25" rubber ball attached to it. The plate has a 75mm x 75mm VESA hole pattern and the rubber ball is positioned 0.88" from the center of one edge.
