How to Use
- Use twice daily, once in the morning and once at night on clean, dry skin
- Dip the brush once and apply it to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes, do not wash off
- Allow drying for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products
- No need to apply to the lower lash line
