As with all Gibsons jigsaws, we use 100% recycled puzzle board, FSC paper and work with the best artists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces use the thickest puzzle board on the market.

Weekend orders ship on the Monday, in most cases you would receive your order the following business day if within the Australia Post Next Day Network.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND: 30 DAY REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new.
Customer is responsible for the freight of products for return in the case of change of mind.
Customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products.
Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 Month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.
