How to use: Apply lipcolor evenly to clean, bare lips and wait until dry. Brush on topcoat. Reapply as desired. To remove: Use any oil or cream based makeup remove or cleanser.

Top Coat: Hydrogenated Polydecene, Silica Silylate, Benzoic Acid, Squalane, Phytantriol, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower/Leaf Extract.
