Stylish and practical with a ribbed exterior, they create an optical illusion with a floating effect and are also suitable for soups and deserts. Crafted from heat resistant borosilicate glass, each piece is individually mouth blown and are designed with a double wall for thermal efficiency to keep contents hot or cold for longer. They feature a safety vent at the bottom that equalises the air pressure between the two layers of glass when either hot or cold liquids are added. Cool to touch and will protect your hands from the heat of piping hot drinks while offering freedom from annoying, dripping condensation around your favourite cold beverage.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
