Prepare tea in a traditional Asian manner with the Avanti® Majestic Cast Iron Teapot. Cast iron teapots and kettles were first created in China to symbolise the everlasting strength and unity of the world. The perfect vessel for steeping tea, cast iron teapots assists in intensifying the flavours and aromas of tea. They features a black enamel coating on the inside to prevent corrosion and a removable stainless steel infuser allowing you to brew loose leaf teas to the perfect intensity.

USE AND CARE

Pre-rinse the Teapot carafe with boiling water:
Spoon one teaspoon of tea per person and one for the pot into the infuser.
Pour boiling water through the infuser into the teapot and brew to the desired strength. [For optimum results never use re-boiled, stale water or bottled water).
To clean teapot, remove infuser:

Clean infuser with warm water and washing-up liquid. A washing-up brush may be helpful in removing tea residue.
Clean pot and lid with a mild detergent, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers when hand washing.
Whilst the kettle is warm, wipe dry the inside and out with a soft cloth.
Never suddenly cool the teapot whilst still warm.
Hand wash only.

CAUTION: Do not overfill Teapot and when in use keep out of reach of children.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
