Do not wear within the first 72 hours following an acute injury. This product contains a synthetic fibre, which may cause allergic reactions. Should an irritation or rash develop, discontinue use and seek medical advice. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult your medical professional. Do not use in conjunction with heat rubs, balms or liniments as it may void the warranty.
Wash before wear. It is recommended to place the product in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash with cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.

Wrap support around outer side of upper forearm and insert strap. Position pads below the elbow, where tension or soreness occurs. Tennis (outer arm) and golf (inner arm below elbow) are the common areas for soreness. With arm straight, make hand into a fist, then pull strap to lock pads in place. Relaxing hand will then ensure support is comfortable.
