RETURNS POLICY

The Watch Factory offers a 30 day return policy. You can return your item for a refund within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.

Please ensure to contact us for approval and instructions before returning your item.

For your return to be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

• Unworn and undamaged.
• In its original state with no scratches or defects and free from alterations such as resizing, link removals and engravings.
• In its original box with original tags included.
• Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service as we are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

REFUNDS POLICY

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you refund is approved, it will then be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable, the refunded amount will be the total original amount paid less shipping charges.
