All our stock (unless otherwise indicated) is stored at our Melbourne warehouse and ready to be shipped. We process orders daily and our couriers collect daily.

Change of Mind Returns :

"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong item, items that don't fit the way you thought they would.

We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following criteria :

✔ Returned within 30 days
✔ Item must be unused in original packaging
✔ Item must be complete with all original tags / labels attached
✔ You have contacted us and we have approved the return

Faulty Product Returns :

If an item is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.

If the item is deemed to be used incorrectly the product will be returned to you.

Consumable products are covered only if the product has arrived in a damaged condition, a refund will be given only if the products have not been used.

Refunds :

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

Once returned items have been received, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you within one to five business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy conditions set above the items will be sent back to you.
