Warranty can only be claimed on the product if it is faulty, which means the product itself is not emitting the ultrasonic sound. Please be aware that once the product is used it cannot be returned for change of mind. Please make sure that the ultrasonic product is suitable and will be effective on your dog before purchasing.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Any change of mind returns must have the product packaging with it. We will not accept returns that do not have the product packaging as new and in sell-able condition.
Please be aware that disputes after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted. If you need to return an item you can contact us, and we will give instructions on how to proceed.
Each product will have a different warranty that will be specified on the items packaging.
