“It's hard to know what to say when people are hurting. For me, it's easier to draw what I'm feeling than to say it. I wanted to make something that was a visualisation of empathy - what would it look like to magically lift away the pain and promote healing? “Healing is a very individual process. My own experience is that nature heals. So I draw upon elements found in the natural world - wildlife, plant forms, water, sunlight. It's the seasonal cycles and changes that make us so aware - spring rains, bird song, opening seed heads. To me, they are an affirmation of hope, rebirth, renewal. “On this box, the gestures of giving and receiving suggest a story about healing. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
