This Creepy Crawly Automatic Pool Cleaner features a hydro-dynamic circular collar and auto pilot assembly to allow the pool cleaner to efficiently and safely work alone, which will save your energy and time to do anything you want. Adopts an unique rotation foot and soft silicon skirt with anti-stick suction function to ensure that random corner, bottom surface, and walls of your pool is cleaned without missing any spot. Simply connect the included 10m hose to your existing filtration system (any pump of 0.5 to 2hp is fine) for an easy and quiet operation. Comes with an extra Barracuda diaphragm for the maximum suction and quick-wear replacement. Ideal for 0.8-3m deep in-ground/above-ground pools with all pool surfaces, like fibreglass, tile, quartz and so on. So the next time you want your cool cleaned, don't call the pool cleaning people. Order Cancellations or Amendments

Please note that our order processing system is fully automated. As such once placed orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

Change of mind returns - If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order you may do so by advising us in writing within 14 days of delivery with some exceptions (see below). We will ask you to provide a photo to show that your item is in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Once confirmed we will work with you have a carrier collect the goods for return. 

A change of mind may include, but is not limited to, purchases where:

• You chose the wrong colour/size/product

• You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs

• You do not like the product

• Your personal opinion of the quality

• Delivery was beyond the estimated date / arrived late

If you do not have the original packaging or your item has been opened and/or used we will not be able to accept your return. We do not refund outbound shipping costs and return shipping is at your own expense.

Exceptions: The following cannot be returned due to change of mind: Any Furniture that has been assembled or partly assembled and then disassembled, Health and Beauty products (EG Baby wipes, diapers, nappies, creams, etc). Products that are sold in a vacuum or blister pack (even if unopened), any item that is no longer in the original packaging or has been used and re-packed. If you are unable to provide a photo showing your item is brand new and unused we will not be able to accept your return. 

Any returns that are found to have been used or are not complete or in the original packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive your return and verify it's condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and a 20% re-stocking fee applies 

(Please note that return shipping must be via our designated carrier and we do not allow returns to be 'dropped off' at warehouse locations)

Transit Damage In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact us in a timely manner and provide some images to show the nature of the damage to the product and the box if applicable. Where possible we will replace any damaged parts, if this is not possible we will arrange for the return and replacement of the product. 

Warranty Our products are covered by a statutory repair or replace warranty for domestic use. Some products come with a warranty card from the manufacturer and require that you register the product on their website to activate the warranty, we recommend that you do this wherever it applies. If your product develops a fault and you wish to make a warranty claim you may contact us.

Please provide a detailed explanation and images to show the issue and our team will provide advice on the claim process. Please note that products damaged by weather, misuse or that have been used in a commercial setting will not be covered under warranty.
