Our Christmas ornament includes 3 lighted gift boxes of different sizes, which can create multiple placements, meeting multiple decorating needs. Each present box is covered by thick flocked snow and decorated with bowknots, pine cones, red berries, pine needles, and leaves. Moreover, there exist 60 warm-white LED lights that are evenly distributed on the inside of the box, and the hollow-out design allows a lot of light to emit, creating dreaming lighting effects. To save energy, there is a timer controlling button on the battery box, and when turning on the timer function, the gift box can stay on for 8 hours, and then automatically turn off for 16 hours. When not in use, you can overlap 3 gift boxes from large to small, which would not take up much floor space. Besides, thanks to the all-weather and durable polyester fabric, the gift box can be used indoors and outdoors (Notice: Please add weights to fix the gift boxes, avoiding blowing away). Returns Policy
Before you return the products, please check the following requests carefully:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.
2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.
3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us before dispatch (1 business day).
4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issue, please note that the original postage is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.
5. If you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problems for you.
6. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.
