• Comments - This watch is an automatic mechanical watch. It has an allowable time keeping accuracy rate potential of approximately +/- 25 sec/day. If your watch is performing within that allowed variation your watch is in no need of attention. Your watch should be set to correct time at least weekly to avoid accumulation of the expected allowed daily error. This watch needs to be actively worn for 10 hours a day to maintain it's timekeeping performance. You may experience some variation in timekeeping during a typical day as the watch is wound up and depending on circumstances. This variation is typical for non-quartz watches.

Return Information:

Items purchased from us can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us to obtain a prepaid return label before returning your item.

• The item must be returned in its original as-new (unworn) condition

• Include all original applicable packaging, tags, paperwork, bags, stickers, manuals and labels

• Pack the item to avoid any damage in the post

• Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable on change of mind returns.

If the item is not returned with all the original inclusions, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.

Warranty Information:

All items purchased come with a 12 month warranty covered by us, the seller, xTrend. The warranty is not a manufacturer's warranty. If you feel your item requires servicing under our warranty, please contact us prior to arranging the item's return. 

Any items returned to us for warranty claims are subject to our professional assessment. If, in our sole opinion we deem the item requires repair as a result of incorrect use or normal wear and tear, a quote will be provided for the repair and return of the item and the item and will be returned once this amount has been paid.

Sunglasses Warranty

xTrend provides a warranty on all new sunglasses sold on defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

The warranty on sunglasses does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage due to incorrect use.  Lens damage is considered normal wear and tear. The case, packaging or any other articles of limited resistance are not covered under this warranty.

Watch Warranty

Our warranty on wristwatches covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. 

The warranty does not cover items of limited resistance including, straps and bands, crystal, glass or dial windows, batteries or casing and packaging.

Our warranty does not cover water damage where in our sole opinion this water damage was caused as a result of incorrect use of the watch.

This warranty will be voided if, in our sole opinion any unauthorised third-party repairs, tampering or opening of the watch case has occurred.

Do not return your items to the manufacturer for warranty claims unless instructed to do so.

Some warranty claims can take over 90 days.
