Just open the cap and fill the chamber with hot water in the water reservoir. Your food will then stay hot longer.

DO NOT remove the plate which covers the water reservoir to fill with hot water when replacing the plate to avoid any accident
- Ensure water is cooled down before cleaning.
- Empty the water via drain hole before dismantling the reservoir and scoop dish to avoid being scalded.
DO NOT dismantle the cap when dish is being used. This is to avoid hot water spilling from the reservoir.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.
a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
