T248 features a selection of more than 20 different displays on its built-in screen: manual adjustment of a range of settings (selection of Force Feedback type, the wheel's rotation angle, etc.), or the user's choice of telemetry information (gear ratio, RPM, gamer's best lap time, etc.).

T248 features 3 types of Force Feedback (presets included), compatible with all games and modifiable on the fly directly on the wheel:

• FFB 1: Force Feedback 100% proportional to the force requested by the game.
• FFB 2: enhanced Force Feedback, for better skid control.
• FFB 3: boosted Force Feedback, allowing users to clearly feel all racing effects from the track (curbs, skidding off-track, etc.).

Providing gamers with extra power (up to 70% more than the previous Thrustmaster hybrid racing wheel, T150), T248 dominates racetracks thanks to its intensity.

The outstanding drivability made possible by this hybrid system avoids counterintuitive sensations and friction problems commonly found in racing wheels without a belt drive component.

Including 2 dual-position encoders (up and down) located on the ends of the wheel's central spokes, T248 features nearly twice as many action buttons as previous Thrustmaster racing wheels (T150 series). This extensive range of physical and virtual buttons allows users to always have plenty of choices when it comes to assigning racing controls, in any type of game.

Thanks to H.E.A.R.T magnetic technology, T248's paddle shifters allow for super-fast gear shifting, with clear and precise activation feel (30 ms response time) to avoid driving errors.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
 
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
 
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
 
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
 
Change of Mind Returns Policy

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
 
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
