Deliveries to some regional areas and business addresses may go straight to the nearest Post Office
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the gift hamper within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:
- The hamper must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged & Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. To assist with a quick resolution, we may request clear photos of the item in the condition it arrived.
We aim to resolve issues fairly and efficiently. Returns or replacements will be processed within a reasonable time frame, considering the nature of the product and the circumstances of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Provide a replacement for the damaged or faulty item
- Offer a refund where appropriate
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
