Designed for use in a professional kitchen, the bamix Gastro 350W is a Chef's best friend. Featuring a 350W heavy-duty AC motor and thanks to it's double insulated housing, and the fact it is much longer in overall length, it can be immersed up to 35cm, making it easier to process food cooked in large pots.
The Gastro 350W comes with a 2 speed setting; 18,000 rpm & 22,000 rpm. These high rpm's combined with the Gastro's 350W motor make this a powerful professional kitchen tool.
