That works out to about 12kg on demand over a 24-hr period. Just select your size option on the LED control panel and press start. You can easily monitor the water level or when the ice cube container is full and there is an automatic indication when the water level is low. Other great features include a large heat dissipation fan for excellent cooling, convenient water drainage plug and non-slip feet for a stable operation. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by X-BULL to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

Consumable components (and accessories) such as chains, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, pads, nets etc. are not covered once used or for damage caused by general wear and tear.

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution X-BULL can offer may vary. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement will be subject to the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

The buyer will be liable for all shipping costs associated with any warranty claim.

If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such event, we may hold your goods until payment is received.
