Care Instructions: Use cold water and mild soap with a damp cloth to clean the entire fabric area and canopy. With a dry towel, wipe away excess water and soap. Let the fabric air dry in a warm place, but do not place the stroller in direct sunlight.
We’re pretty proud of how quickly we can pack and dispatch your order. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 5- 10 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from 3 business days after the time of dispatch.
Unfortunately, We don’t deliver to PO Boxes
If you’re ordering your pet food and products online, chances are you’re a busy person looking for convenient delivery…which is exactly what we offer. Our drivers have authority to leave your order on your property without a signature on delivery so that your order is waiting for you the moment you get home.
Unfortunately, We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns
Yes, we have a hassle-free returns policy as well as a dedicated support team to make everything right for you. Simply contact us and we can sort everything out. Please note that no refunds can be given without first speaking to our customer service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as food or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, If 14 days have gone after delivery. 15% of total payment will be deducted from the refund payment as restocking fee, it applies to all returns.
There are certain situations where extra fee will incur (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged(including packaging) or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will incur extra 10% to up to total payment depends on the condition of the returned item. (This policy also applies to customer "change their mind")
