Expand the connectivity of your USB-C laptop with this new generation USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 hub offering 10Gbps supporting greater bus bandwidth to connected devices and faster data transfer speeds. This self-powered 3-Port USB-C hub plugs into the USB Type-C™ or Thunderbolt™ 3 port on your device, adding one LAN port, one USB-C port, and two USB-A ports, so you can quickly connect more USB devices.

For faster and more consistent network connections, the USB 3.1 Gen 2 hub's integrated Gigabit Ethernet port provides wired network access that is fully compatible with IEEE 802.3/u/ab standards. The GbE port also supports Wake-on-LAN (WoL), so you can remotely wake your computer over your network.

This compact, lightweight USB-Type-C hub is a convenient and compact addition to your laptop setup. The hub is self-powered and includes a universal power adapter to provide better support of USB devices, such as external storage, that may draw more power.

DOA Returns:

In the event that your item has arrived faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will organise a replacement or refund after the faulty item has been returned in its original conditions with full packaging. The processing time for DOA is generally 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the returns, since we will send the faulty item to the manufacturer for testing.

Warranty Returns:

Standard manufacturer's warranty will apply after DOA period, and within the specified warranty term (commonly 12 months). No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or Warranty.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion to accept a return for refund. We will generally accept a return provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, the product is in their original condition, and the product is not a consumable or software. Change of mind returns will only be eligible for a refund on the product’s sale price, and in some cases, a partial refund on the product’s sale price.

Items need to be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original un-opened and sealed packaging at buyer's cost. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged when the returned item has been opened or seal broken, since the item is no longer considered as brand new. If the item has been used, the restocking fee may be up to 50%. The shipping cost and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
