Connect this USB Type-C Multiport Adapter to a USB-C, USB4, or Thunderbolt 3/4™ laptop to enable single-display 4K 60Hz HDMI 2.0b or 1080p 60Hz VGA video output via DP Alt Mode. Extra-Long Cable with Built-in Cable Manager

The Multiport Adapter features an extra-long attached 12.6in. (32cm) USB-C host cable. The Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) cable jacket is softer and more flexible than PVC jacketed cables. The extra-long cable reduces port/connector strain, particularly when laptops are placed on riser stands, or on 2-in-1 devices with raised USB-C ports, such as the Microsoft Surface. In addition, the Multiport Adapter also features an innovative wrap-around cable manager that facilitates tangle-free storage in a laptop bag.

DOA Returns:

In the event that your item has arrived faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will organise a replacement or refund after the faulty item has been returned in its original conditions with full packaging. The processing time for DOA is generally 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the returns, since we will send the faulty item to the manufacturer for testing.

Warranty Returns:

Standard manufacturer's warranty will apply after DOA period, and within the specified warranty term (commonly 12 months). No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or Warranty.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion to accept a return for refund. We will generally accept a return provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, the product is in their original condition, and the product is not a consumable or software. Change of mind returns will only be eligible for a refund on the product’s sale price, and in some cases, a partial refund on the product’s sale price.

Items need to be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original un-opened and sealed packaging at buyer's cost. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged when the returned item has been opened or seal broken, since the item is no longer considered as brand new. If the item has been used, the restocking fee may be up to 50%. The shipping cost and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
