Customization orders are not able to be returned unless due to the major quality problems (While all the photos are taken from actual products, there might be some color difference compared with the photos due to the nature of the products. We can't accept return for color difference due to the nature of the products)

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

If the product is damaged during transport upon delivery or prove to be a faulty product, customer will be qualified for a free return within 7 days after receiving the product. Photo evidence will be required for the free return.
The guarantees that apply to products include:
The guarantee of acceptable quality, fit and finish
The guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose
The guarantee of match with description
The guarantee in relation to repairs and spare parts
Customer rights when a seller product fails to meet a consumer guarantee
If a product we sell fails to meet one or more of the above guarantees, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
