We deliver to all locations across Australia including regional areas, parcel lockers and PO boxes. 

We post all orders within 1 business day, however freight times can vary depending on your location. For our standard delivery service, please allow:

• 5-15 business days

Due to increased freight volumes over recent months, it is possible that some deliveries will take longer than the prescribed times. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive and we will follow-up for you. 

Please also advise us if you are not available during the delivery window so that we can advise couriers if necessary.

Faulty/Damaged

Returns, exchanges or refunds will be honoured if your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Customers should contact us before returning the item -  the return will not be processed until the item has been received at our location.

Returns, exchanges and refunds can only be processed if the product is returned in original condition.

Change of mind returns or incorrect purchases can be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers should contact Print Music Works before returning their item and must state the reason for their return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the returned item has been received in original condition.  

Print Music Works reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with store policies.
