Made from 100 percent organically grown bamboo fibres, it feels plush and gentle on the skin, making it ideal for daily cleansing, mask removal and professional facial treatments.

The smooth bamboo fibres glide over the skin to lift away cleanser, makeup and impurities while helping to minimise redness and irritation, which is perfect for sensitive, reactive or post treatment skin. Naturally anti bacterial and odour resistant, this cloth stays fresher for longer with proper care and is an easy upgrade for home skincare lovers, skin clinics and day spas.

Highly absorbent yet quick drying, it is a practical, low waste alternative to disposable wipes and cotton pads and pairs beautifully with your favourite cleansers, balms and masks.

Dampen the cloth with lukewarm water. Can be used damp with water to gently freshen the skin, but for thorough removal of makeup and SPF we recommend pairing with your favourite cleanser. After use, rinse well and leave to air dry.

We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking so that you can monitor your shipment.

Domestic deliveries are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post defaults to a Safe Drop service for delivery of parcels in Australia. Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.

All shipments come with tracking included.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

If you have changed your mind about a purchased product, you can arrange to return it to us for a full refund. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, untested and in its original packaging.

Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised that you opt in for a tracked shipment option with inclusion of postage insurance.

Bella Scoop will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Returns not received by our warehouse will not qualify for a refund.

MISSING, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item is missing, arrives damaged, or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. While we assess all claims fairly in line with Australian Consumer Law, delays in reporting may limit our ability to verify and resolve the issue.

Depending on your situation, we may request photos and may require the item to be returned to our warehouse for assessment.

Please do not dispose of any products or packaging until we’ve reviewed your case.

Once a return case is opened and a return label has been provided, the item must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
