Start by ensuring your eyelids are clean and dry. Uncap the Rimmel Wonder'proof Eyeliner and steady your hand by resting your elbow on a table.

Begin application at the inner corner of your eye, holding the fine-tip applicator close to the lash line.

In a smooth, controlled motion, glide the eyeliner towards the outer corner of the eye.

For a bolder look, you can go over the initial line to thicken it.

Allow a few seconds for the liner to dry and set before moving on to the other eye.

Always store the eyeliner in a cool, dry place and ensure it is tightly capped to prevent it from drying out.

Domestic deliveries are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post defaults to a Safe Drop service for delivery of parcels in Australia. Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.

All shipments come with tracking included.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

If you have changed your mind about a purchased product, you can arrange to return it to us for a full refund. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, untested and in its original packaging.

Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised that you opt in for a tracked shipment option with inclusion of postage insurance.

Bella Scoop will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Returns not received by our warehouse will not qualify for a refund.

MISSING, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item is missing, arrives damaged, or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. While we assess all claims fairly in line with Australian Consumer Law, delays in reporting may limit our ability to verify and resolve the issue.

Depending on your situation, we may request photos and may require the item to be returned to our warehouse for assessment.

Please do not dispose of any products or packaging until we’ve reviewed your case.

Once a return case is opened and a return label has been provided, the item must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
