The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.

30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

• if the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
• If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer,customer may choose refund or a replacement.

1. The maximum water volume of the water tank is 150ml, and the water injection volume shall not exceed the maximum water level line. Otherwise the atomization effect will be affected.

2. Please use the DC5V-2A input power supply. Otherwise the atomization effect will be affected or the host will be damaged.

3. Please fill the atomizer with purified water to avoid damage to the function of the atomizer due to impurities in the water, so as to achieve the best maintenance effect. Please use the water-soluble essential oil to prevent the diffuser from corrosion.

4. During operation, the sound emitted from the water tank is the sound of atomization, which is a normal phenomenon.
