1. Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

· Returns or exchanges for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

· After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes full responsibility.

· Items must be in original packaging and unused; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed.

2. Confirm Size & Style Before Purchase

· Please double-check the size, style, and specifications before purchasing, as returns for incorrect choices may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility (Unless Faulty)

· Customers must obtain approval before returning any item.

· For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is securely packaged.

4. No Refund for Damaged Returns

· If a returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, no refund or exchange will be provided.

5. Refund Eligibility

· A full product refund will only be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

· If the packaging is damaged, a 30% repackaging fee may apply, or the item may be returned to the customer.

· Products with missing or significantly damaged packaging cannot be returned.

· Installed, used, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.
