Meet the Striped Cat Family, Father Simon, Mother Amelia, Baby Brother Shane and Baby Sister Sabrina. Simon Sandy is sporty, and especially enjoys marine sports. Whenever he has time, he takes his family to spend time at their summer house by the seaside. In summer, he teaches marine sports to groups of children from Sylvanian Village at the Sea Breeze Cape.Amelia Sandy likes fruits very much - even her favourite clothes have fruit patterns! She occasionally goes fruit picking and makes delicious meals and desserts with her freshly picked fruits. Her homemade fruit ice cream is her children's favourite. Amelia runs the ice cream parlour at the Sea Breeze Cape. Her creamy, sweet ice cream and refreshing sorbets made of fresh fruit from the Sea Breeze Cape are superb. She is good at making gorgeous 5-scoop ice cream cones.Shane Sandy is very brave and wants to be an explorer when he grows up. He likes to play exploring on Adventure Island with his friends. He sometimes worries his parents by climbing up tall trees and going into dark caves.Sabrina Sandy is an active girl who loves to ride her bicycle while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Sea Breeze Cape. When she stays at the Sea Breeze Cape, she exchanges letters with her good friend Freya the Chocolate Rabbit girl. She and Freya have pretty pink shell brooches that match. Sabrina's friendship brooch is very special to her. The Sylvanian Families live in the idyllic world of Sylvania and encourage traditional family life play incorporating houses, furniture, accessories and memorable characters all with incredible detail that you'll love. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
