Meet the Toy Poodle Family, Father Frank, Mother Veronica, Baby Brother Eric and Baby Sister Melinda. Frank Cakebread is good at sports. He's very generous about his hobby and always plays soccer or catch with the children in the village on weekends. The children also like Frank's clothes - whether he's wearing ordinary clothes or dressed for sports, he always wears a great outfit. Veronica is the pastry chef at the Village Cake Shop. Everyone in the village loves her beautiful cakes with decorations that look like jewels. Whenever someone's birthday or another special occasion is coming, the villagers always go to her cake shop. Eric is top of the class at school and is good at helping his friends when they don't understand something. Everyone goes to him for help because he knows just how to explain things so that people will understand. But sometimes he cares too much about his marks. Melinda is an outgoing girl and makes friends very easily. She loves baking cakes; one day her mother made a new cake and invited all of the children around for a tea party. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
