Her curiosity and love for adventure sometimes puts her in trouble, however, Ariel overcomes whatever challenge she faces. Her best friends are a fish called Flounder, and a crab called Sebastian.With bright red hair, and an emerald-green tail, Ariel is unhappy with her underwater life, but is fascinated by the human world. Ignoring the advice of her father, King Triton, she goes to the surface of the ocean where she falls in love with Prince Eric the moment that she sees him. When saves him from a shipwreck, he gets charmed by her voice and promises to find the girl that he heard singing and that saved his life even though he didn't meet Ariel yet. Seeking for a way of joining Eric in his world, Ariel searches for Ursula, the Sea Witch, that wishes to use the princess to obtain Triton's magic trident. In exchange for her voice, Ariel is transformed by Ursula into a human for three days. The mermaid must receive the true love kiss from Eric to remain a human, or she'll become a mermaid once more, and then she'll belong to the witch.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
